Wow! Huge weekend at a wonderfully liberating workshop run by Juliet Yelverton and Julia Duthie. It was amazing how the process tuned us into our bodies’ so that we could understand and then release traumatic energy patterns created from our experiences of preconception through to birth and early years.
As a healer it was also brilliant training in how to be sensitive to the needs of highly traumatized clients. It’s a specialist area and I’m grateful to have been led through it by two such amazing women. A real honour. There will be more of these workshops.
