Self Serve B&B
All retreat and individual accommodation prices include self serve breakfast.
Prices for the Exclusive Use Whole House booking for groups include a basic breakfast, which includes a selection of tea, coffee, cereals, bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese, and spreads. (Additional Breakfast Items can be pre-ordered, such as fruit, yogurt, and eggs, at £5 per) person per day.
Checking-in time is 4pm
Checking-out time is 11am
These times can be flexible and are negotiable by contacting us at Healing Waters.
Check-in and Check out for Whole House Bookings is 1 pm
Please note: The management of Healing Waters Sanctuary is not liable for problems arising around booking accommodation and arrival at the Sanctuary as a result of guests not reading the information sent via text messages and emails about the booking process. Upon booking, you will be sent important information about your stay, which is IMPORTANT TO READ.
Healing Retreats and Pamper Breaks at Healing Waters
Check in time is 4pm but you may arrive earlier in the day for therapy sessions booked. The times will be given to you when the therapies are booked. All retreats include a self-serve breakfast.
Payment
-The full amount of any booking remains due at all times once the booking is confirmed by us and/or the deposit paid.
-Payment is usually made via a bank transfer and credit card payment but can be made via Paypal for smaller items such as therapy or room booking.
-We accept all sterling payments via bank transfer, card payments or Paypal.
For international payments we use Transferwise which is the most inexpensive means for foreign currency payments. We can send you a transferwise invite.
-Please note that we cannot accept e-cheques if the booked stay is dated before the potential clearance of the e-cheque.
Insurance: It is advisable that you take out your own travel insurance when you book at Healing Waters
Accommodation Refunds and Date Transfers
-Payment is non-refundable but Transferable.
-In the event of an emergency and at the discretion of the management, a booking can be transferred to another date.
-To change the date of the confirmed booking, we must receive notification no less than 48hours prior to the booking. If a booking date is changed, a £20 administration charge is made. The full payment of the booking is due when less than 48 hours notice.
No refund will be given if the client has occupied the booked room, which signals acceptance of the booking. The client will be then liable for the full payment, whether or not he/she decides to stay for the duration of the booked period.
A booking is deemed made once taken over the phone or by email or in person and agreed between client or agent of the client and Healing Waters Sanctuary.
Whole House Bookings
These bookings may be paid for in 2 parts, but 50% deposit is non-refundable and
the remaining 50% is non-refundable if less than 6 weeks notice is given.
Booking dates can be transferred if there is a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice with a minimum of £20 administration charge.
This includes catering if included in the booking.
Checkin for groups: 3 pm
Checkout for groups: 11 am
Damages and Loss:
We reserve the right to charge for any significant damages and/ or breakages to the House, Yurt, cabin, their contents or the ground and gardens. Where clients have broken an item in the communal parts of the house, they are responsible for payment of the damage, where it is clear that they are accountable. (Except where damage is a result of normal wear and tear)
With regard to whole-house bookings, the person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused by any member of their group during the booked period.
In the event of damage, an invoice will be sent for payment of the damage. We reserve the right to include stains on towels or linen as a result of failure to remove makeup or oils from the face and body.
All goods, belongings, vehicles, and other possessions of guests are their responsibility and are brought to / and/or parked at Healing Waters at the responsibility of their owner. Healing Waters accepts no liability for damages or losses, however caused.
The lighting of fireworks, Chinese Lanterns or any fires is not permitted on the property at any time.
Insurance: It is advisable that you take out your own travel insurance when you book at Healing Waters
Lost Keys
A £25 charge will apply for lost keys.
If lost property is not retrieved within one month, it is donated to charity. Postage must be paid up front for any goods returned by mail.
Pet Policy at Healing Waters Sanctuary
At Healing Waters Sanctuary, we strive to maintain a peaceful and healing environment for all our guests. To preserve the sanctity and tranquillity of our space, we do not allow dogs or cats inside the house. This policy ensures our sanctuary remains a serene and clean retreat for everyone.
However, we understand that pets are an important part of your family. For those who wish to bring their pets, we offer the possibility of staying in the yurt. This option can be considered on a case-by-case basis and requires prior discussion and approval.
To maintain the yurt’s cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we require a £100 deposit for pets, of which 50% is non-refundable. This deposit helps us cover the cost of any additional cleaning and maintenance needed to accommodate pets.
Pet owners are responsible for the safety, security, and well-being of their pets at all times during their stay. We do not provide dog bowls or feeding supplies. Additionally, owners must clear up any pet waste promptly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep Healing Waters Sanctuary a special place of relaxation and rejuvenation for all our visitors.
Confirmation and Booking Details
-You will be sent a confirmation email once your deposit/full amount has been settled.
-All standard B&B charges include a self-serve breakfast.
-Check-in time is 4pm.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
-The placing of a Booking denotes the knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Therapies
Therapies can be booked in advance via phone or email. Full payment for therapies is required in advance to secure the booking.
Therapies are subject to the therapist availability and an alternative therapy will be offered should the requested one not be available.
A therapy booking is deemed made once agreed either over the phone, in person or by email, between the client, or the agent of the client and Healing Waters. Any cancellations are non refundable but transferable up to 48h notice. A cancellation of a therapy booking with less than 48 hours notice has to be paid for in full.
Retreats
4 Night Retreat
This retreat package includes 3 hours of therapy and one hour of the Healing Pyramid. Therapies included in this package are only those on the website that are normally priced at £60 or under for the one hour session. It you choose something other than this, you will be charged the difference in price or if you choose a therapy which is normally 2 hours long, it will equal 2 of your therapy hours. Cancellation of a retreat with less than 72 hours notice has to be paid for in full.

Cancellation of retreat packages may be partially refunded in the following circumstances:
Cancellation 2 months ahead of retreat date, full fee returned minus £75.
Cancellation 6 weeks ahead of retreat date, 50% of payment is refundable.
Cancellation 1 month and under is non refundable.
Healing Birth Wounds Workshop:
Cancellation 2 months ahead of workshop date, full fee returned minus £75.
Cancellation between 1 and 2 months £100 is refundable.
Cancellation 1 month and under is non refundable.
Workshops and Trainings:
Cancellation 2 months before training/workshop date, full fee returned minus £75.
Cancellation 6 weeks ahead of training/workshop date: 50% of payment is refundable.
Cancellation 1 month and under is non refundable.
Trainings and workshop places are not transferable.
Trauma Skills Training – Taking your Healing Skills to a New Level
Full refunds will be given if an applicant is denied acceptance into a training for any reason.
Full refunds will be given if a training is cancelled by Healing Waters Sanctuary.
Cancellation 2 months ahead of training/workshop date, full fee returned minus £75.
Cancellation 6 weeks ahead of training/workshop date, 50% of payment is refundable.
Cancellation 1 month and under is non refundable.
Trainings and workshop places are not transferable.
No refund will be issued for no‐shows once the training has started after (GMT ‐
7:00) the day before the training.
Partial refunds are not awarded for those who miss training modules.
Payment
-Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Transferwise.
-Card payments will occur at a 3% transaction fee on top of the total price.
-We accept all currencies via Paypal. We only accept sterling for cheque payments.
-Please note that we cannot accept e-cheques if the booked date is before potential clearance of the e-cheque.
-Bookings are confirmed once we receive Payment in full or as 50% deposit.
-All outstanding amounts are payable on arrival.
Refunds and Date Transfers
-50% deposit is non-refundable but Transferable.

Shop
Payment
-Payment can be made via Paypal.
-We accept all currencies via Paypal. We only accept sterling for cheque payments.
-Orders are dispatched once we have received full payment.
Delivery
-A confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email on acceptance of your order.We deliver to UK only unless a special request is made for overseas by email.
-Delivery is made within 7 days in the UK and within 28 days outside the UK if we have agreed to send it.
-At an extra/relevant cost there is an option to have an order sent via airmail to ensure quicker delivery.
-Receipt of goods: It is your duty to check items/parcel on arrival and notify us immediatley if anything is amiss.
-Shortages:Shortages or breakages must be notified in writing or by email within 3 working days of delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. The restocking of unwanted goods will be credited less 25 %.
-Refunds will be made by same method used to pay for items. In case of Paypal payments, the refund will be minus a 3% surcharge.
-Refunds will be made within 30 days max.
Cancellations must be made via email within 7 days of the date of the order. If you have received the product, you must pay for P&P to return it. Once we have received it, you will be given a refund as above.
Complaints
-In the rare event of a complaint, please contact us immediately by telephone or by e-mail and we will do our up most to resolve the problem.
