Qualifying in holistic therapies over 20 years ago, I have since developed many techniques that have helped me work intuitively. I gained a lot of experience at The Cowshed Spa, Babington House, where I worked long and busy schedules. As one of their team of therapists we helped to achieve ‘Best International Spa ofthe year 2010′.
Now I am working for myself and offer a range of bespoke treatments holistically tailored to each individual, balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Many of the clients I have treated have progressed from their treatments, helping them maintain a more balanced state of being.

Including Head, Neck and top of the shoulder massage or Head neck and shoulder massage without the facial – 30 mins
The facial massage will begin with relaxing lavender oil dripped onto a hot mit compress to stimulate the blood circulation in the face. Lavender and chamomile essential oils in sweet almond oil combined with facial massage techniques to re-vitalize and refresh tired skin, improving the skin tone and texture. Alison gives a good strong massage and I go and get treatments regularly due to my back issues. She has taken time to get to know what I require and her technique is excellent. I will keep returning for more as it considerably helps my back issues.
Whenever I have received reflexology from Alison, she has the ability to tune in to your whole body through the feet and she will detect and pick up any aliments you might have – sometimes pre-warning you before you are aware of it!
