Why we encourage direct bookings
Healing Waters Sanctuary receives reservations through both our own direct booking channels and selected third-party booking platforms.
Third-party platforms operate their own availability systems and synchronisation processes. Although every effort is made to keep availability accurate across booking channels, occasional delays, overlapping reservations or system synchronisation issues may occur.
Where a direct booking has already been confirmed and a conflicting third-party reservation is subsequently received for the same accommodation or dates, priority may be given to the confirmed direct booking, subject to our contractual obligations with the relevant third-party booking provider.
Any third-party booking remains subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the platform through which it was made. If a third-party reservation needs to be amended or cancelled because of a genuine availability conflict, this will be managed in accordance with the applicable platform's terms and conditions.

We do not provide Wi-Fi for guests. Healing Waters offers an opportunity to step away from constant digital connection.

A Substance-Free Sanctuary
Healing Waters is strictly meat-free, alcohol-free, drug-free, smoke-free and vape-free. Psychoactive, psychedelic and ceremonial plant medicines are also not permitted.

Where available, direct bank transfer is our preferred method of payment. This enables us to manage your payment and reservation directly with you.
Card payments can also be securely processed through our payment provider where this option is available. Card-processing costs are borne by Healing Waters Sanctuary and may be reflected within our overall pricing structure.
