• No dates can be held or pencilled in due to peak seasonal demand

• Any booking of 6 or more guests must be booked as a whole-house stay
• Whole-house bookings of 12+ guests incur an additional surcharge
• The booking lead is responsible for group conduct and care of the space

• Bookings are non-refundable
• Bookings may be transferred by arrangement
• Illness, travel disruption, or personal circumstances are not grounds for refund

• Rooms or therapists cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing
• We will always offer a suitable alternative if changes are required
• No refunds are issued due to therapist substitution

• They do not replace medical or psychological care
• Guests are responsible for sharing relevant health information

To protect guests with allergies and sensitivities, pets are not permitted.

Assistance animals may be considered by prior arrangement only.

• No unattended flames, smudging, or loose incense
• Guests must follow safety guidance at all times
• Failure to do so may result in removal from the Sanctuary

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times due to steps,
uneven ground, and shared quiet spaces.
